About MGI Medical
MGI Medical – MG International is a healthcare company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, importing and distributing medical products from many countries around the world, such as Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Japan and the United Kingdom. Serving hospitals and private clinics across Vietnam, our portfolio spans surgical instruments, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, general medical supplies, home medical devices, and tools for medical education and training.
Journey and direction
Our journey began in 2018 as MG Science and Technology Co., Ltd. In 2025, having come through the greatest challenge of our journey, we took the name MGI Medical – MG International – with the ambition of reaching the world. With the new name, MGI rebuilt its entire strategy and direction: patients and doctors at the centre, and MGI as the bridge that brings the world’s advanced medical products to Vietnam and Vietnamese doctors to the world.

- Surgical instruments: microsurgical, vascular and general surgery instruments, and retractor frames.
- Orthopaedics: bone graft substitutes, bone cement and microsurgical supplies for trauma.
- Neurosurgery: drills and burrs, head fixation, electrosurgical generators and skull-base endoscopic instruments.
- General medical supplies: skin staplers, surgical scrub brushes and single-use supplies.
- Home medical devices: blood pressure monitors and home monitoring devices.
- Training and teaching: models and tools for microsurgery, endoscopy and neurosurgery training.
